1. Agreement
By booking a consultation or treatment with Nurse Lee Prescribing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any appointment.
2. Consultations
All treatments require an initial face-to-face consultation with Nurse Lee. During this consultation, your medical history, contraindications, and suitability for treatment will be assessed. Nurse Lee reserves the right to decline treatment if it is deemed clinically inappropriate or unsafe.
3. Medical Suitability
You must disclose all relevant medical history, current medications, allergies, and previous aesthetic treatments at the time of consultation. Failure to disclose accurate information may affect the safety and suitability of treatment. Nurse Lee accepts no liability for adverse outcomes resulting from withheld or inaccurate information.
Treatment will not be carried out on individuals who are:
- Under 18 years of age
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Currently unwell or experiencing active skin infection in the treatment area
- Deemed unsuitable for clinical reasons
4. Booking & Deposits
Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of any required deposit. Deposits are non-refundable unless Nurse Lee cancels the appointment. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and deducted from the total treatment cost.
5. Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of your deposit. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a requirement to pay in full prior to future bookings.
6. Payments
Full payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept card payments and bank transfer. Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of consultation.
7. Results & Outcomes
Aesthetic treatments are not guaranteed to produce specific results. Individual outcomes vary depending on anatomy, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance. Nurse Lee will discuss realistic expectations with you during your consultation. Results described on this website or in promotional materials are illustrative and not a guarantee of outcome.
8. Aftercare & Follow-Up
You will be provided with written aftercare instructions following your treatment. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions. A complimentary follow-up review may be offered where clinically appropriate. Additional treatment required due to failure to follow aftercare advice may be chargeable.
9. Complications
As with all medical procedures, aesthetic treatments carry a risk of complications. Nurse Lee holds full independent prescriber liability insurance and complications cover. In the event of a complication, please contact Nurse Lee immediately using the contact details provided at your appointment.
10. Photography
Photographs may be taken before and after treatment for clinical record-keeping purposes. You will be asked for your consent before any photographs are taken. We will not use your images for marketing purposes without your explicit written consent.
11. Data Protection
Your personal and medical data is held securely in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Data is used solely for the purpose of providing and managing your care. We will never share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.
12. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please contact Nurse Lee directly in the first instance at lee@nurseleeprescribing.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 3 working days and resolve them within 28 days. You also have the right to raise concerns with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

1. Agreement
These terms govern the professional relationship between Nurse Lee Prescribing ("Nurse Lee") and any aesthetics clinic ("the Clinic") engaging Nurse Lee's services. By engaging Nurse Lee's services, the Clinic agrees to these terms in full.
2. Scope of Service
Nurse Lee provides face-to-face independent prescribing services to aesthetics clinics, which may include:
- On-site patient assessment and prescription issuance
- Named Clinical Director services
- Clinical governance and oversight support
- Prescribing protocol and policy review
- Clinical supervision sessions
- Access to Obagi and Medik8 medical grade skincare ranges
The specific services provided will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.
3. Face-to-Face Prescribing
All prescriptions issued by Nurse Lee are based on an in-person assessment of the patient at the Clinic's premises. Nurse Lee will not issue prescriptions remotely or without conducting an appropriate face-to-face consultation. The current fee for prescribing consultations is £25 per patient consultation, subject to review with reasonable notice.
4. Clinic Obligations
The Clinic agrees to:
- Provide a suitable, private clinical environment for patient consultations
- Ensure all practitioners operating under Nurse Lee's prescribing authority hold appropriate qualifications and insurance
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Follow all protocols, policies, and clinical guidance provided by Nurse Lee
- Not misrepresent Nurse Lee's role, qualifications, or scope of practice
- Notify Nurse Lee immediately of any patient complaints, adverse events, or complications
- Complete the patient information form emailed by Nurse Lee at least 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to complete this form will result in the appointment being cancelled and Nurse Lee will not attend
5. Clinical Director Partnership
Where Nurse Lee is engaged as Clinical Director, this role encompasses clinical governance oversight, protocol sign-off, and supervision. It does not replace the Clinic's own legal and regulatory obligations as a business operator. The Clinic remains responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including CQC registration requirements where applicable.
6. Medical Grade Skincare — Commission
Where the Clinic sells Obagi or Medik8 skincare products through the arrangement with Nurse Lee, a commission of 5% of the net profit from those sales is payable to Nurse Lee. Net profit is defined as the sale price received from the patient minus the wholesale cost of the product. Commission statements will be issued monthly and payment is due within 14 days of the statement date.
7. Fees & Payment
Fees for prescribing sessions and Clinical Director services will be agreed prior to commencement and confirmed in writing. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payment may result in suspension of services. Nurse Lee reserves the right to review fees with a minimum of 30 days' written notice.
8. Scheduling & Availability
Prescribing clinic dates are agreed in advance and subject to Nurse Lee's availability. The Clinic must provide a minimum of 5 working days' notice to cancel or reschedule a booked prescribing session. Cancellations with less than 5 working days' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the session fee.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all patient information and commercially sensitive information shared in the course of the arrangement. Patient data must be handled in accordance with UK GDPR. Neither party shall disclose the other's confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.
10. Liability
Nurse Lee holds full independent prescriber professional indemnity and liability insurance. The Clinic is responsible for ensuring its own practitioners hold appropriate insurance for the treatments they carry out. Nurse Lee accepts no liability for treatments carried out by Clinic practitioners beyond the scope of the prescribing consultation.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the arrangement with a minimum of 30 days' written notice. Nurse Lee reserves the right to terminate the arrangement immediately in the event of a serious breach of these terms, patient safety concerns, or conduct that brings Nurse Lee's professional reputation into disrepute.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
