About Me

Hi,

I'm Lee, a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and a licensed Independent Prescriber.

I have over a decade of advanced aesthetics experience and even longer as a RN.

I currently work within the NHS as a Nurse Practitioner within a GP surgery and get to utilise all of my clinical skills daily. 

Over the years in the aesthetics industry, I have won a number of awards for my client outcomes and expertise in the field. However, I now dedicate my time in supporting all practitioners achieve safe clinical practice to ensure client safety that adheres to UK legislation and meets insurance requirements.

All prescribing services provided by myself are offered on a Face-to-Face basis only. I will not provide any prescriptions via virtual means as my priority is the safety of the public.

With the lack of regulation in the industry, I welcome all changes that allow safe practitioners to continue to work and provide effective treatments to their clients. 

The recent announcement from the Nursing and Midwifery Council and their views on remote prescribing has shook up the Aesthetics industry, but is a long awaited and needed change. It will increase the safety for the public who receive non-cosmetic injectable treatments by ensuring all clients receiving prescription only medicine treatments receive a thorough medical consultation face to face and reduce the number of unlicensed products being used in the industry.
