One-to-One Mentorship Half Days

Step 1: Initial Contact & Discussion - Get in touch to discuss your specific needs and areas where you'd like support. Whether it's toxin treatments, dermal fillers, or refining a particular technique, we'll have an honest conversation about what you're hoping to achieve from the session.

Step 2: Choose Your Focus - Decide which treatment area you'd like to concentrate on—either toxin or dermal filler. Focusing on one specific area ensures you get intensive, targeted guidance rather than trying to cover too much in a short time.

Step 3: Book Your Session - Mentorship half days are available on Monday and Wednesday mornings only. Once we've agreed on your focus area and a suitable date, you'll need to book your own clients for the session.

Step 4: Prepare Your Clinic Day - Schedule 2-4 clients (depending on the treatment type and complexity) for the morning session. These should be clients who:

• Are suitable for the treatment you're focusing on
• Understand that you'll be working under supervision as part of your professional development
• Have had a prescribing consultation prior if the session is for toxin

Step 5: The Mentorship Session - I attend your clinic on the agreed morning and work alongside you throughout the session. This includes:

• Pre-Treatment Discussion – We'll review each client's treatment plan before you begin
• Supervised Practice – You perform the treatments while I observe and provide real-time guidance
• Technique Refinement – I'll offer feedback on your approach, injection technique, and clinical decision-making
• Hands-On Support – If needed, I can demonstrate specific techniques or approaches
• Clinical Oversight – Ensuring safe, effective practice throughout
• Open Dialogue – Ask questions, discuss concerns, and get honest feedback in a supportive environment

Step 6: Debrief & Feedback - At the end of the session, we'll discuss:

• What went well and where you've improved
• Areas for continued development
• Practical tips you can implement immediately
• Any questions or concerns you have about your practice

Step 7: Ongoing Support - After the session, you're welcome to stay in touch if you have follow-up questions or need additional guidance as you continue to develop your skills.

What You Need to Provide:

• Your clinic space for the morning
• Your own clients (booked and consented) 
• Your products and equipment - If for toxin then your clients must have attended a prescription clinic appointment and product ordered in advance.
• An open mind and willingness to learn
