Booking Terms and Conditions for Aesthetics Treatments & Skincare Consultations

The following terms apply specifically to individuals ("Clients") receiving medical skincare consultations and/or medical aesthetic treatments ("Treatments") from Nurse Lee Cosmetics. These terms are in addition to any other terms and conditions outlined elsewhere on this website or agreed upon separately.

1.1 Consultation Requirement:

• All Clients are required to undergo a consultation prior to receiving any treatment. This consultation is to assess suitability for the treatment, discuss potential risks and benefits, and answer any questions the client may have.
• The consultation fee will be clearly stated at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

1.2 Medical History:

• Clients must provide a complete and accurate medical history during the consultation. Failure to do so may affect the safety and suitability of the treatment and may void any liability on the part of Nurse Lee Cosmetics.

1.3 Suitability for Treatment:

• Nurse Lee Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse treatment to any client who is deemed unsuitable based on their medical history, physical condition, or any other relevant factor.
• In the event that treatment is refused, any fees paid may be refunded at the discretion of Nurse Lee Cosmetics, minus a reasonable charge for the consultation/purchase of materials.

1.4 Treatment Risks and Side Effects:

• Clients will be informed of the potential risks and side effects associated with the treatment during the consultation.
• While Nurse Lee Cosmetics takes all reasonable precautions to minimise risks, Clients acknowledge that all medical treatments carry inherent risks, and results cannot be guaranteed.

1.5 Aftercare Instructions:

• Clients must adhere to all aftercare instructions provided by Nurse Lee Cosmetics following the Treatment. Failure to do so may affect the outcome of the treatment and increase the risk of complications.
• Nurse Lee Cosmetics is not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from the Client's failure to follow aftercare instructions.

1.6 Payment Terms:

• Payment for treatments - A booking fee is due for 50% of the treatment cost at the time of booking and the remaining balance is payable prior commencement of the treatment.
• Acceptable payment methods include all major credit/debit cards, cash, BACS transfer, Klarna & Clearpay (must select pay in full when booking the treatment for all BNPL options).

1.7 Cancellation and Rescheduling by Client:

• Clients must provide at least 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Failure to provide sufficient notice for planned treatments will result in a retaining 100% of the booking fee paid at the time of the booking your treatment.

1.8 Cancellation and Rescheduling by Nurse Lee Prescribing:

• Nurse Lee Cosmetics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or equipment failure.
• In such cases, Clients will be offered the option to reschedule the appointment or receive a full refund.

1.9 Liability:

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nurse Lee Cosmetics liability for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the provision of treatments shall be limited to the price paid for the treatment.
• Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

1.10 Complaints:

• Any complaints regarding the treatment or service provided should be submitted in writing to Nurse Lee Cosmetics as soon as possible. We will aim to resolve any complaints fairly and efficiently.
