Booking Terms and Conditions for Aesthetics Prescribing Clinics

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the booking and provision of prescribing clinics (“Clinic”) and form a legally binding agreement between the prescribing practitioner (“Prescriber”) and the booking party (“Clinic Host”). By making a booking, the Clinic Host accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking Fee for Prescribing Clinics

1.1 A non-refundable booking fee of £25 (“Booking Fee”) shall be payable by the Clinic Host at the time of booking.
1.2 The Booking Fee shall be redeemable against the consultation provided to one patient during the Clinic, provided all other conditions in these Terms are met.                                                                                                                                                      

1.3 Consultation fee is £25 per client attending. This fee remains payable even if the client is not suitable for the proposed treatment and no prescription is issued. 

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling of Prescribing Clinics

2.1 A minimum of seven (7) calendar days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking.
2.2 Where such notice is not provided, the Booking Fee shall be forfeited in full and shall not be redeemable.
2.3 The Prescriber reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a Clinic in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Booking Fee shall either be refunded or transferred to a rebooked date, at the Clinic Host’s discretion.                                     

2.4 Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in your booking fee being retained and a £50 late cancellation charge, equivalent to the minimum number of clients per clinic.

3. Patient List

3.1 The Clinic Host must provide a full and accurate list of patient names no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled Clinic.
3.2 Failure to provide such a list may result in cancellation of the Clinic and forfeiture of the Booking Fee.

4. Minimum Patient Requirement

4.1 A minimum of three (3) patients must attend the Clinic.
4.2 In the event that fewer than three patients attend, the Booking Fee shall be retained in full by the Practitioner.

5. Emergency Call-Outs

5.1 Emergency call-out services are charged at £75 for the first hour and £25 for each subsequent hour (or part thereof).
5.2 Call-out fees are payable immediately upon provision of services and are separate from any Booking Fee.

5.3 All prescribed medication costs are payable by the practitioner and are not included in the costs of the complications management appointment.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 The Prescriber shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred by the Clinic Host arising from cancellation, rescheduling, or patient non-attendance, save where such liability cannot be excluded under law.
6.2 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
7.2 The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in respect of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
